Intelligent Solutions is a small business based in Edmonton, Alberta. This page says, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you book a call, that is your name, email, and the answers you type into the booking form. If you message our Instagram account or comment on a post, that is your Instagram handle and what you write to us. If you give us your email address, we have that too.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you type into it are not sent to us.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run the call you booked, and to work out whether a partnership makes sense for both of us. If you gave us your email address, we may email you about that. Every email will say who we are and include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honour that promptly.
Who else handles it
We use a few services to run the business, and your information passes through them: Instagram (Meta) for messaging, Manychat to automate replies inside Instagram, Cal.com for call booking, Google Workspace for email and calendar, Netlify to host this website, and Whop for payments when we work together. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or stop contacting you, at any time. Email marixjarvis@intelligentsolutions.company and we will act on it.
